Course Objectives

  • Visualize the scope of EA programs through a hierarchical framework that encompasses strategic initiatives, business processes, information flows, IT systems and services, and networks, all informed by data analytics.
  • Identify how data-driven EA approaches can mitigate risks associated with implementing IT solutions.
  • Address organizational culture and dynamics, employing AI-driven strategies to support and manage change effectively.
  • Trace the historical evolution of EA practices and theories, focusing on the increasing significance of data and AI.
  • Utilize scenario planning, enhanced by AI, to engage executive-level participation in future architecture development.
  • Differentiate between solution, domain, and enterprise architecture, with an understanding of how data and AI influence each area.
  • Develop and populate an organization's EA overview diagram and its quad chart.
