Bio
Mr. Radley has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of software product development including project and program management, requirements management, data modeling, product design and development, testing, product deployment and maintenance.
Mr. Radley is a Senior Lecturer at Carnegie Mellon's West Coast Campus where he teaches "Managing In-House Development", a course designed to help software engineers develop the skills necessary to successfully manage in-house software projects.
Prior to coming to Carnegie Mellon, Mr. Radley worked as a project and/or program manager for several organizations, including AT&T Broadband, US West and CH2MHILL. Mr. Radley has also operated his own software project management consulting services business since 1997.
Current research interests include practical application of software metrics; holistic, principled leadership in software organizations; and elimination of "software projects from hell".
Mr. Radley earned a BA in English Literature from the University of California.
